DJ Services

Set the Vibe. Keep the Party Going.

 

We work with the best DJs in town to keep your guests moving, the energy high, and the vibe just right from start to finish. Whether you’re going for laid-back and classy or full dance floor party, we’ve got you covered.

Before your event, you’ll fill out a custom music questionnaire so we can match you with the perfect DJ and ensure your music is exactly what you want.

 

Includes:

  • Professional, experienced DJ

  • Sound system and basic setup

  • Music tailored to your event style

  • Custom music planning form (must-play songs, do-not-play list, vibe preferences, special moments, etc.)

  • Coordination for key moments (first dance, speeches, announcements, etc.)

 

Pricing:

  • Starting at $250.

Day Of Coordinating

You’ve done all the planning—now it’s time to actually enjoy your event. Our Day-Of Coordination service ensures everything runs smoothly, on time, and exactly as you envisioned.

 

From managing timelines to coordinating vendors and handling any last-minute hiccups, we’re there behind the scenes so you can stay fully present with your guests.

Includes:

  • Pre-event check-in to review your timeline and details

  • Coordination with vendors for delivery times on day of event

  • Full timeline management on the day

  • Point of contact for all vendors, venue, and logistics

  • Setup guidance and light styling assistance

  • Management of key moments (ceremony, speeches, transitions, etc.)

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving throughout the event

We’ll work with you behind the scenes to fine-tune the details, answer your questions, and make sure everything is set up for a smooth and stress-free event.

  • 2–3 planning meetings (virtual or in-person)

  • Timeline creation and review

  • Vendor recommendations and guidance

  • Event flow and layout planning

  • Bar and service planning support

  • Ongoing email support leading up to your event

What This Package Is (and Isn’t):

This package is designed to guide and support your planning, not take it over completely.

  • Vendor booking, décor setup, and event execution are not included

If you’re looking for someone to run the event day, we recommend pairing this with our Day-Of Coordination service.

From the initial idea to the final toast, we take care of the planning, coordination, and execution—so you can simply show up and enjoy your event.

 

Includes:

  • Initial consultation + ongoing planning meetings

  • Full event concept development (theme, style, vision)

  • Budget planning and management guidance

  • Venue research and selection support

  • Vendor sourcing, recommendations, and coordination

  • Timeline creation and full event production schedule

  • Floor plan and layout design

  • Bar, service, and guest experience planning

  • Ongoing communication with all vendors

  • Final confirmations and event logistics management

  • Full Day-Of Coordination (included)
